Local Food and Drink

Morrisons

418B Wilbraham Rd, Manchester M21 0UA, UK – 0161 860 5779

Has it's own car park with disabled spaces. Wide selection of foods and cakes etc.always quite busy. Good prices.

Overall I found everything I needed and prices are more reasonable compared to other major supermarkets. Will need to keep 1 pound coin though if you want to use the trolley which you get back after placing it where your supposed to. Their is some lack of space between the isles. You'll find spices and bread variety that other supermarkets lack.

Co-op Food - Ladybarn

105-109 Mauldeth Road, Ladybarn, Manchester M14 6SR, UK – 0161 225 6005

I like this Co-op. The Staff are very helpful and polite and there are some VERY good bargains to be had, ie; Nescafé Gold Blend 500gr - £5.00! (usually £7.99). That's just one bargain there are more! Go see for urself!

Wonderful co op. Well stocked and friendly staff. Open when you need it. Especially nice flower selection.

Co-op Food - West Didsbury - Burton Road

174-175 Burton Rd, Manchester M20 2LN, UK – 0161 434 2592

Standard coop shop. All the usual stuff. Parking is fine. Good quality food on sale not too expensive.

Lovely co op. Great staff. Well stocked and maintained.

BigBarn has a totally brilliant map for Lancashire showing all the local food producers. So if you want to know where your food comes from look no further!
